The Talent Acquisition Manager is responsible for developing and executing effective recruitment strategies to attract, assess, and hire top talent in alignment
with the company’s workforce needs. This role oversees the full recruitment cycle, manages the recruitment team (if applicable), collaborates with department heads, and ensures a positive candidate experience while maintaining a strong employer brand.
🛠What You’ll Get Your Hands On
- Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies aligned with company goals.
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and candidate requirements.
- Source and attract candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, headhunting, and employee referrals.
- Conduct initial interviews and screen candidates for fit and qualifications.
- Manage and improve the candidate’s experience throughout the hiring process.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future openings.
- Track and analyze key recruitment metrics (e.g. time-to-fill, cost-per-hire).
- Manage relationships with external recruitment agencies and job platforms.
- Ensure recruitment practices are compliant with employment laws and company policies.
- Promote the employer brand to attract high-quality candidates.
- Lead or participate in HR projects related to workforce planning, diversity hiring, and onboarding improvements.
🧙‍♂️ The Magic You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s is a plus).
- Proven experience (5+ years) in talent acquisition or recruitment; at least 2 years in a managerial or leadership role.
- Strong understanding of full-cycle recruitment and modern sourcing techniques.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software.
- Ability to manage multiple roles and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Strategic thinker with strong organizational and decision-making abilities.
