We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Senior Tech Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. In this role, you will be a trusted partner to our technology and product leaders, driving end-to-end recruitment for a variety of technical roles across engineering, data, product, and IT. You’ll play a key role in shaping our hiring strategies, building strong pipelines, and ensuring an excellent candidate experience, while promoting our employer brand in the tech community.

🛠 What You’ll Get Your Hands On

  • Lead full-cycle recruitment for technical positions (Engineering, Data, Product, IT, Security, etc.).
  • Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, create compelling job descriptions, and design effective hiring processes.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of passive and active candidates through sourcing, networking, referrals, and partnerships.
  • Screen, interview, and evaluate candidates to ensure strong technical and cultural fit.
  • Drive data-driven recruitment decisions by tracking hiring metrics (time-to-fill, pipeline diversity, candidate experience, etc.).
  • Advise hiring managers on market trends, competitive intelligence, and recruitment best practices.
  • Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion in all stages of the hiring process.
  • Enhance candidate experience and employer branding initiatives, ensuring every candidate interaction reflects our values.
  • Mentor junior recruiters and share expertise on tech recruitment strategies.

🧙‍♂️ The Magic You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 4-5 years of experience in tech recruitment, ideally in both agency and in-house environments. Experience in a tech start-up environment is a plus.
  • Strong track record of successfully hiring for engineering, product, and data roles across different seniority levels.
  • Deep understanding of technical roles, skills and recruitment tools/platforms (Linkedin Recruiter, sourcing tools, job boards, etc).
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a high level of adaptability.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey information to candidates, hiring managers, and team members.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
  • Passion for innovation in recruitment, employer branding and candidate experience.
  • Passionate about contributing to a positive and inclusive work environment.

  • Experience in recruiting for the CIS region.
