About The Role
We are seeking a dynamic professional to lead and drive the People Performance Management (PPM) strategy across the group. This role will be pivotal in designing frameworks, policies, and systems that align with our Talent Management Vision, ensuring compliance, efficiency, and impact across all business units.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a consultant and advisor to leadership on performance management frameworks, processes, and strategies.
- Develop and implement short- and long-term PPM strategies, visions, and roadmaps in alignment with organizational goals.
- Manage the end-to-end performance review process, including post-appraisal meetings, reporting, and outcome implementation.
- Design and oversee PPM-related rewards, recognition, and talent management strategies.
- Ensure compliance of performance management practices with labor laws, organizational policies, and global best practices.
- Lead the implementation and change management of new PPM systems, processes, and BI/analytics solutions.
- Deliver workshops, goal-setting sessions, and training programs to strengthen organizational capability.
- Oversee CRM/PPM systems to ensure accurate personalization, configuration, and state-of-the-art user experience
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent)
- Proven experience in performance management, talent management, or organizational development.
- Strong background in implementing talent and ERP systems.
- Demonstrated ability to manage change, transformation, and large-scale HR projects.
- Experience in using business intelligence and statistical tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Strong verbal and written communication, coaching, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to lead, train, and foster teamwork within cross-functional HR and business teams.
- Preferred: Prior exposure to aviation industry or large enterprise transformation projects.
