The Role: We are seeking a dynamic and refined Club Manager to lead the operations of Ned’s Club, ensuring an exceptional and personalised member experience. This role is ideal for a hospitality professional with strong European experience, a background in Michelin-level dining, and expertise in managing exclusive membership clubs and all-day fine dining environments.

You will be the driving force behind service excellence, operational leadership, and member engagement — curating memorable moments that reflect The Ned’s luxury standards and distinctive character.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Oversee the full operations of Ned’s Club, ensuring seamless service and exceptional member satisfaction
  • Lead and inspire the Club team, fostering a culture of luxury service, professionalism, and warmth
  • Maintain outstanding standards across all-day fine dining, lounge, and club spaces
  • Build strong relationships with members, ensuring personalised and anticipatory service
  • Collaborate with Culinary and F&B Service teams to deliver refined, high-quality dining experiences
  • Drive financial performance, cost control, and revenue growth within the Club
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards
  • Continuously elevate the member journey through innovative service and experience enhancements

About You:

  • Proven experience as a Club Manager or senior leader within a luxury membership club
  • Strong European hospitality experience is essential
  • Background in Michelin-starred or equivalent fine dining environments
  • Expertise in all-day dining luxury operations
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and guest engagement skills
  • Passion for personalised service, luxury hospitality, and member experience
  • Commercially aware with strong organisational and operational skills
  • Well-presented, service-driven, and detail-oriented
