Job Purpose:
To drive sales growth of mobile accessories (chargers, cables, power banks, earphones, cases, screen protectors, wearables accessories, etc.) across Organized Retail, Independent Retail, and Van Sales channels by developing strong retailer relationships, ensuring excellent in-store execution, and achieving assigned revenue and distribution targets.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets for accessories category.
- Increase product range penetration per outlet (SKU expansion).
- Identify new outlets and expand distribution footprint.
Key Account Management
- Manage relationships with organized retailers and high-potential independent stores.
- Negotiate shelf space, display units, and promotional placements.
- Ensure timely listings of new accessories and fast-moving SKUs.
Channel Execution (Retail & Van Sales)
- Plan and execute daily market visits for independent retailers and van routes.
- Ensure optimal stock levels, fast replenishment, and correct pricing.
- Drive impulse sales through counter displays and bundle offers.
Merchandising & Visibility
- Ensure accessories are well displayed at counters, gondolas, and display racks.
- Maintain clean, organized, and fully stocked accessory displays.
- Deploy POS materials and ensure planogram compliance.
Promotions & Activations
- Execute promotions, combo offers, and seasonal campaigns.
- Train retail staff on product features and upselling techniques.
Reporting & Market Intelligence
- Track daily sales by SKU and category.
- Monitor competitor brands, pricing, and new trends.
- Provide feedback on slow movers and potential delisting.
Qualifications & Experience
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business / Marketing or related field
- 1–4 years of experience in accessories, FMCG, or consumer electronics
- Strong field sales experience preferred
- Valid GCC driving license (mandatory)
