About The Role

In this role, you will facilitate continuous improvement for Cargo Revenue Optimization department including process improvement, system enhancement and Digital transformation under Cargo Revenue Optimization Strategy Delivery Manager.

As part of your role, your additional responsibilities will include, but not limited to, the following:

  • Defining project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders
  • Creating project plans, setting deadlines, monitoring milestones, and ensuring the team meet deliverables on time
  • Identify and prioritize opportunities for process and system improvement by conducting thorough assessments of existing processes, inefficiencies, bottlenecks and areas that require improvement in the department.
  • Map the existing processes and identify the non-value add activities.
  • Gather relevant data to measure the performance of current processes and use data-driven insights to propose improvements.
  • Collaborate closely with cross functional teams and stakeholders to understand the process and quantify the process parameters.
  • Execute change management to address the concerns and ensure smooth transition.
  • Establish Key Performance Indicators to monitor the impact of process improvements and track progress over time.
  • Regularly monitor the effectiveness of implemented changes and make adjustments as needed to optimize results.

Qualifications About you

We are looking for a professional with the following skills and experience:

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent with Minimum 5 years of job-related experience OR Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent with Minimum 4 years of job-related experience
  • Proven experience in a similar role, including Process improvement/Reengineering, Digital Transformation and Project Management.
  • Experience leading/managing system enhancement projects by working as an individual contributor.
  • Good understanding of continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, Agile, etc.
  • Leadership and communication skills to manage and deliver projects independently.
  • Good knowledge of data analysis, visualization and interpreting it in relation to project
  • Previous experience working in Cargo industry is preferred.
  • Experience managing IT system / Application enhancement projects will be a plus.
  • Experience in process automation using various tools such as Workflows, RPA, Chatbots, Al will be an advantage.
