Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and safety-conscious Sandblasting Painter to prepare and coat surfaces using abrasive blasting and industrial painting techniques. The role involves cleaning, treating, and painting metal or structural surfaces to protect them from corrosion and ensure high-quality finishes according to project specifications.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform sandblasting / abrasive blasting to clean and prepare surfaces

  • Apply industrial paints, primers, and protective coatings

  • Inspect surfaces before and after blasting and painting

  • Mix paints and blasting materials according to specifications

  • Operate sandblasting equipment, spray guns, and compressors

  • Ensure correct coating thickness and surface finish

  • Follow all safety procedures, including use of PPE

  • Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in good condition

  • Read and follow job instructions, drawings, and work permits

  • Comply with company quality standards and environmental regulations
