Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Instrumentation Technician with proven experience in the Oil & Gas sector in Qatar. The candidate will be responsible for installation, maintenance, calibration, and troubleshooting of instrumentation systems to ensure safe and efficient plant operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform installation, calibration, and maintenance of field instruments such as pressure, temperature, flow, and level transmitters.
• Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance of instrumentation systems.
• Troubleshoot and repair control systems, sensors, and transmitters.
• Assist in loop checking, commissioning, and testing of instrumentation systems.
• Read and interpret P&IDs, loop diagrams, and technical drawings.
• Ensure all work complies with project specifications, safety standards, and procedures.
• Maintain proper documentation, reports, and calibration records.
• Support shutdown and turnaround activities.

Requirements

• 4–7 years of experience in Oil & Gas (Qatar experience mandatory)
• Strong knowledge of instrumentation systems and control equipment
• Ability to read and understand technical drawings and diagrams
• Experience in maintenance and troubleshooting of field instruments
• Immediate joiners only
• Valid QID with NOC required
