- Work together with Project Team to develop and maintain the Offshore Integrated Plan for the HUC Phase. Integrated Offshore Plan combines delivery Offshore Hook up and Commissioning.
- To develop, update and revise the overall integrated Project Schedules as required by Project Management, develop interface planning for SIMOPS activities, provide inputs for Ruya Integrated and IOP planning and provide analyses and simulations of new schedules also as needed.
- Ensure that detailed offshore/Project schedules are developed timely and with good quality.
- In case of schedule changes that influence other delivery lines, communicate the changes and the implications clearly so awareness is raised across the project and detailed schedules are updated accordingly.
- Provide HUC information input to the Ruya Integrated Project Planning processes to allow efficient coordination of the total activity set for the project.
- To review and comment on contractors’ procedures and schedules, scheduling, and progress control methodology, and to monitor contractors’ HUC execution schedule. Any potential delays to be identified promptly to the Package Manager and corrective measures proposed.
- Act as the central point of contact for all HUC activity planning and provide the link for the detailed planning of these activities towards the main Project schedule.
- Maintenance of POB requirements for offshore phase and close liaison with Offshore coordination and integrated planning team with input for key offshore activities, POB, and other requirements
- To timely report to the Head Planning & Risk and Package Manager, highlighting progress and encountered areas of concern.
- To provide inputs for the package’s reports to the Reporting Coordinator as necessary.
- Provide coordination and planning of detailed Hook-up & Commissioning activities to the Completion Team in a project.
- Provide guidance to all project delivery lines on requirements for HUC planning activities and ensure compliance.
- Support the Completion Team to achieve efficient close out of their scope, thus protecting the completion of the overall project.
- Support the Project Portfolio and Project Planner in the successful delivery of the total project scope.
- Be the single point of contact for all HUC planning activities between the project and all delivery lines.
- To carry out any other duties or tasks that hierarchical superiors may assign.
- To develop, implement, and maintain procedures, means, and tools, as necessary to ensure the efficient organization and operation of the scheduling, progress control, risk, and reporting activities.
- To define, update as necessary a suitable Work Breakdown Structure for HUC activities complying with Project needs in terms of progress control, cost control and reporting.
- To define and update a suitable Report structure complying with COMPANY and Project needs as necessary.
- Develop, and update the offshore brownfield and greenfield scope schedules and effectively administer the offshore scheduling, planning, and reporting systems for assigned Projects.
- Follow-up on interface planning items and prepare suitable planning to determine the timely delivery of critical interfaces.
- Take ownership of the offshore integrated schedule and consolidated progress reporting for assigned projects.
- Work closely with Internal, Contractor Planning teams to ensure Planning and reporting objectives have aligned with overall Project and COMPANY requirements; where required, take the initiative, and collaborate with teams to meet/achieve the outlined goals.
Your Profile
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering or equivalent
- Minimum 15 years of project planning for EPCIC Projects.
- Strong experience in offshore HUC and Project planning.
- Depth knowledge in Planning methods, techniques and be the ability to perform independent planning reviews and forecasts.
- Competence in Primavera 6.0 and MS Office Project.
- Advanced level competence in using MS Office applications like Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Good communication skills and fluency in English.
- The incumbent shall be able to work independently with minimum guidance.
- The successful candidate shall be flexible to move to the CTR location for Project execution.
- Team player and adoptable for Project environment.
- Strong experience in preparing reports, analyses and organizing, leading internal/external stakeholder planning and other workshops.
- H2S OPITO and T-BOSIET trainings.
