Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Lead, Community Management, to join our team! The Lead, Community Management, is responsible for implementing community management services for the Master Community and overseeing the administrative, secretarial, financial, and property management of common-use facilities across the development. In this role, you will work closely with developers, authorities, residents, and internal teams to ensure a well-managed, safe, and high-quality community environment.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Assisting in the implementation of community management strategies to enhance the Master Community in line with established guidelines and policies.
- Prioritizing and facilitating the resolution of maintenance requests related to common-use facilities.
- Identifying problem areas within the master community and recommending improvement plans to maximize the efficiency of site and facility management.
- Applying and enforcing rules and regulations specified by the Master Developer, including community declarations and rules of use.
- Preparing monthly and quarterly reports on community management activities, issues, and performance.
- Liaising with mega and sub-developers, local authorities, and other stakeholders on community-related matters and meetings.
- Preparing and seeking approvals for the annual master community budget.
- Overseeing facility management, business operations, maintenance, administration, and improvement of real estate assets within the master community.
- Conducting quarterly and annual reconciliation of all collected and outstanding accounts.
- Implementing the Master Community Declaration, Rules of Use, and other related community governance documents.
- Preparing and issuing community notices, communications, and events on a regular basis.
- Preparing and dispatching invoices related to community charges and services.
- Following up on collections and providing monthly collection reports to management.
- Performing other duties and responsibilities as needed, determining and managing priorities with minimal guidance.
What Required Skills You’ll Bring
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Community Services, Real Estate, or a related field.
- Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in facility and/or property management, with exposure to community management functions.
- Working knowledge of city management and/or real estate operations.
- Demonstrated experience in community consultation and stakeholder engagement.
- Experience working in Qatar or the wider GCC is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with developers, authorities, and community stakeholders.
