Overview

Our client is a leading, large-scale company in the Automotive industry. The Group Aftersales Director will be responsible for driving growth and providing focused leadership across all service divisions, ensuring both Principals and customers receive exceptional service while maintaining strong growth margins.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Planning: Define and implement long-term business policies to improve customer satisfaction, efficiency, and overall profitability across all departments.

Operational Excellence: Oversee workshop and bodyshop operations, ensuring equipment optimization and full compliance with manufacturer and Health & Safety standards.

Inventory & Parts Management: Supervise the Parts Manager and manage service/maintenance contracts, menu pricing, and stock clearance strategies.

Customer Journey & CRM: Act as the final decision-maker for customer complaint resolutions, focusing on a “Fix It Right First Time” policy to boost loyalty.

Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a senior team, including Bodyshop, Service, and Parts Managers, while implementing KPIs and succession plans.

Risk & Facility Management: Conduct regular risk evaluations and ensure all facilities meet global manufacturer audit requirements.

Financial Oversight: Evaluate divisional financial data and work with Marketing to plan future promotions that drive vehicle conversion and sales.

Requirements

Education: Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree (BA) in Business or a relevant field.

Experience: Minimum 15 years in the Automotive industry, with at least 5 years in a similar senior leadership role.

Languages: Fluency in both Arabic and English is required.

Location: Based in Doha, Qatar (Candidates may apply from inside Qatar or within the GCC).

Working Days: 5 days per week.

Salary: Attractive market rate.
