Job Summary

We are looking for a friendly and organized Store Clerk to assist customers, manage store operations, and ensure shelves are well stocked and the store is clean and welcoming. The Store Clerk plays a key role in delivering good customer service and supporting daily retail activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet customers and assist them with inquiries and purchases

  • Operate cash registers and handle payments accurately

  • Stock shelves and arrange merchandise neatly

  • Monitor inventory and report low stock levels

  • Maintain cleanliness and order in the store

  • Label products and update price tags

  • Handle returns, exchanges, and customer complaints professionally

  • Follow store policies and loss-prevention procedures
