About The Role:
Assist Manager Cargo Quality and Service Standards to set, implement, monitor & control Cargo Operational Standards, recommend practices to deliver Quality Service across the network in accordance with Organisational policies and regulatory requirement to contribute to safety cargo operation and to achieve customer satisfaction.
Accountabilities Include But Not Limited To:
- Assist in monitoring, controlling the quality and service standards implemented through entire network for safe Cargo Operations
- Assist in providing Cargo operational standards and policies to QR network (online/offline) stations to deliver quality service with effective resources utilization and ensuring safety. Active involvement in updating procedural changes and informing the network.
- Stay up-to-date with QR and other manuals (COM, CSM, DGM, FHM & Other), IATA TACT, LAR, and update and assist staff in understanding the requirements.
- Follow-up with RCCM, RCOM or stations representatives for keeping the Cargo Contact Directory and Station Profile up to date.
- Update and upload the file onto the Intranet. Maintain QR Cargo network wide contact directory and make it available for network to view.
- Ensure new stations receives the cargo start-up stationery kit before flight commencement. Also, provide station the access to QR manuals and forms through CDMS, FTP and Intranet.
- Manage CDMS and Qonnect access and provide user-ids for GSA and GHA (online/offline), also provide assistance to network for raising the ITSR for CDMS and Qonnect+ access, password change, queries etc. Ensure active involvement for updating procedural changes and informing in CDMS when approved by SME and maintain the supporting documents and approvals.
- Assisting stakeholders (other departments) for updating/uploading the manuals, forms, network circular notification, uploading at FTP/QR Intranet/CDMS.
- Process documentation of Cargo Notification distribution.
- Regularly update Cargo Manuals and Cargo Notification dashboard for read and acknowledgement receipts and follow-up with the RCCM, RCOM or stations representatives for compliance.
- Manage and provide clarification to network queries and respond to Quality mail inbox.
- Ensure all cargo stationery stock available to provide to QR network by interacting with suppliers and in coordination with purchase department to meet the service regulations.
- Timely distribution and clear communication on Cargo manuals, information on procedural changes effected through out net-work.
Qualifications About You:
- Minimum 3 years of job-related experience within airline, preferably in Cargo
- Good knowledge of Customer Service Excellence, Live Animal Regulations, Perishable Handling, IATA/TACT Regulations
- Cargo Reservation/Systems
- Thorough & overall knowledge/ understanding of cargo operations
- Thorough knowledge of issuance of manuals/controlled documents
- Knowledge of Quality Management Systems principles & procedures
- Proficiency in MS Tools
- Presentation Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of Docunet system is an advantage
