Role Overview
We are seeking senior Shared Services professionals at the Consultant and Senior Consultant levels to provide strategic leadership, enterprise-wide advisory, and governance for centralized support functions. These roles focus on optimizing operations, reducing costs, driving digital transformation, and ensuring high-quality service delivery across HR, Finance, IT, and Administration.
Key Responsibilities:
For Both Levels
- Provide strategic guidance on enterprise shared services operations and process optimization.
- Oversee HR, Finance, IT, and Administration service delivery at the organizational level.
- Advise on efficiency improvements, automation, and cost reduction initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, governance standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Represent shared services in executive leadership meetings and strategic projects.
Additional For Senior Consultant
- Define and implement long-term shared services strategy aligned with organizational goals.
- Lead large-scale transformation programs and operational excellence initiatives.
- Mentor and develop expert-level shared services staff across functions.
- Drive cross-functional collaboration and influence enterprise-wide operational decisions.
- Act as a trusted advisor to the C-suite and board on shared services governance, efficiency, and innovation.
Qualifications & Experience
- Education: Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, HR, IT, or related field.
- Consultant: 17–19 years of experience in shared services, operations management, or enterprise process improvement.
- Senior Consultant: 20+ years of experience, including executive leadership and strategic advisory in shared services.
Skills & Competencies
- Expertise in operational efficiency, process standardization, and enterprise support functions.
- Strong leadership, stakeholder engagement, and executive communication skills.
- Proven ability to drive transformation programs and operational excellence initiatives.
- Knowledge of shared services platforms (ERP, HRIS, Finance systems) and automation solutions.
- Strategic thinking, governance, and enterprise-wide influence.
Preferred Certifications
- Lean Six Sigma, PMP, ITIL, or equivalent operational excellence or functional certifications.
