We are seeking an experienced and driven Partnerships and Corporate Offers Manager to join our growing team in Qatar. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, securing, and managing strategic partnerships with institutions, corporate clients, and brand partners. Your goal will be to create compelling corporate offers and exclusive deals that drive user engagement, retention, and revenue growth for our food delivery platform.

🛠 What You’ll Get Your Hands On

  • Strategic Partnerships:
  • Identify, negotiate, and assist HoD in managing strategic partnerships with SMEs, MNCs and financial institutions.
  • Corporate Sales & Offers:
  • Develop and manage corporate accounts, including tailoring meal packages, subscription models, and exclusive discounts for businesses and their employees.
  • Campaign Planning & Execution:
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to launch partnership-driven campaigns, including co-branded promotions, and seasonal offers.
  • Relationship Management:
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with partners and corporate clients, ensuring ongoing satisfaction and collaboration.
  • Market Research & Competitor Analysis:
  • Stay updated on market trends and competitor offerings in Qatar to continuously innovate our corporate and partnership strategies.
  • Reporting & Performance Tracking:
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of partnerships and corporate deals, providing regular insights and recommendations for optimization.

🧙‍♂️ The Magic You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus)
  • 3–5 years of experience in partnerships, business development, or corporate sales, preferably in tech, food delivery, or FMCG
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills
  • Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and projects simultaneously
  • Fluent in English (Arabic is a strong advantage)
  • Knowledge of the Qatari market and local business culture
