As Head of Group Strategy & Investment, you will play a critical leadership role in shaping the company’s long-term vision and driving group-wide strategic initiatives. This includes supporting mergers, acquisitions, partnerships, and other growth opportunities that deliver sustainable shareholder value. The role demands a forward-looking leader with strong strategic acumen, investment expertise, and the ability to collaborate across diverse business units and senior stakeholders.

Your Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of group-wide strategy and corporate development initiatives.
• Identify, evaluate, and execute high-impact opportunities including acquisitions, partnerships, and divestments.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to align strategy with business objectives and shareholder priorities.
• Drive market intelligence, research, and analysis to anticipate trends and inform strategic decisions.
• Oversee due diligence, risk assessment, and integration planning for investments and partnerships.
• Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective execution and value creation.
• Provide senior-level reporting, insights, and recommendations to executive leadership and the Board.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) with minimum 10 years of relevant experience OR High School/Vocational Qualification with 12+ years of relevant experience.
• Extensive experience in strategy development, corporate development, investment management, financial analysis, and project leadership.
• Aviation sector experience preferred.
