Your Day to Day
As a Health Club Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our guests at the Health Club. Your primary responsibilities will include welcoming guests, managing reservations, and providing information about our facilities and services. Your role is crucial in ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience for all guests.
our job responsibilities include:
- Greeting and welcoming guests with a warm and friendly demeanor
- Managing check-ins and check-outs efficiently
- Answering phone calls and responding to inquiries regarding health club services, memberships, and classes
- Scheduling appointments for personal training, classes, and wellness services
- Maintaining accurate records of guest visits and memberships
- Ensuring the reception area is clean, organized, and inviting
- Collaborating with fitness staff to promote health club programs and events
- Assisting with administrative tasks as needed
What we Need From You
Ideally, you’ll have some or all of the following competencies and experience we’re looking for:
- Previous experience in a reception or customer service role, preferably in the hospitality or wellness industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in using computer systems and booking software
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- A passion for health and fitness is a plus
