Responsibilities
Here’s what you’ll do during a typical day:
- A Mini bar attendant serving Hilton brands is always working on behalf of our Guests and working with other Team Members. To successfully fill this role, you should maintain the attitude, behaviours, skills, and values that follow:
- Strong Interpersonal skills and the ability to work well with coÂworkers and the public
- Ability to maintain concentration and a well-organized work environment the ability to think clearly
- Temporary for the first 90 days with the ability to move to part time based on performance
- A minimum of one year of experience as a mini-bar attendant in a luxury environment
- Must be able to perform job functions with attention to detail, speed, accuracy, prioritize, organize and follow up
- Use good judgement, follow directions, understand a guest’s needs and provide flawless service with minimal supervision
- It would be advantageous in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:
- At least 1 year previous mini bar experience
- Check for expired products and maintain freshest items in bar at all times
- Respond to guest requests using HotSos (computer system)
- Obtain and maintain knowledge of services provided by hotel including, but not limited to, dining and nightlife
- Familiar with hand radio functionality
- Sufficient knowledge of local area to direct guest inquire
