Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• To supervise children at all times.
• To develop and implement activities for the children.
• To plan and develop activities and programs consistent with the child’s development.
• To design kids’ birthday packages and any other kids events (Easter, Christmas).
• To conduct an inventory of kids’ toys, games, etc.
• To work as a member of a team and share with the other members of the team relevant information about the kids club.
• To Work within the policies and procedures.
• To participate in the weekly staff meetings.
• To ensure high standards of cleanliness and hygiene are maintained.
• To ensure that all toys and objects are safe and clean.
• To establish a rapport with guests and residents, providing guest recognition and good customer relationships.
• Additional responsibilities and tasks can be added at any time according to the needs of the business and of the hotel.
• Be responsible for equipment, products, cleanliness and hygiene of the treatment areas.
• To monitor and assist with all children’s activities that are part of the kids club activities.
• Plan and execute safe, fun-filled and educational daily scheduled programs for guests ranging in ages from 5 to 12.
• Prepare the KFAS facility on a daily basis to handle a minimum of 5 children.
• React to changes in scheduling, weather or number of children with a prepared backup plan.
• Arrange for food from In Villa Dining as required by guests. Assist with the service.
• Converse with guests and answer questions regarding the resort.
• Provide orientation of KFAS facility, and when available, of the Spa and Wellness Center.
• Promote and upsell excursions to guests, customizing where necessary to meet guest needs.
• Execute the tasks of a Wellness agent, Kid’s Club, or Fitness Attendant as needed.

Desired Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 to 3 years’ experience in a similar position
• Preferably in an international, luxury five-star hotel
• English – excellent communication skills
