- Delivers on weekly, monthly and quarterly sales commitments
- Builds strong relationships with CXOs
- Develop and maintain client relationships according to Vodafone sales guidelines.
- Develops and maintains teams’ sales pipeline to deliver results via the Salesforce.com CRM system
- Monitor teams’ performance and provide support to achieve their KPIs.
- Working with the stakeholders to build and design products that meet the market
- Ensure the funnel is always kept up to date on Salesforce.com and CRM systems.
- Train the team on new technology procedures and business processes
- Support the business internally with the stakeholders
- Support the team to close deals that are profitable and high value to Vodafone Qatar.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual targets as set by the HOD.
- Ensure that business is conducted with integrity at all times and that behaviour is aligned to the Company’s values.
- Monitor the Market and support the product team to stay up to date
- Ensure teams’ targets are achieved
- Conduct regular customer CXOs meetings with the Sales Manager
- Support the team with cross-functional teams in order to deliver fast
- Collaborate with different departments to ensure the internal process is followed.
- Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications – Computer Science or IT
- B2B sales or/and account management experience for at least 12 years.
- Fluent English essential; fluent Arabic is a preference . Target-oriented.
