What You’ll Be Doing

The Senior Brand Associate is responsible for partnering closely with brand principals to drive marketing strategy execution and deliver topline growth. The Senior Brand Associate will oversee a portfolio of 11 beauty brands. The portfolio spans luxury fragrances, skincare, and cosmetics, requiring strong brand stewardship, marketing execution, and commercial oversight across the region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of brands with full ownership of topline performance
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with brand owners and key stakeholders
  • Support the execution of marketing strategies in alignment with brand objectives
  • Lead end-to-end marketing execution and reporting across multiple brands, ensuring alignment with brand objectives and timelines.
  • Drive marketing planning for key principals, including supplier coordination, quotation management, and ongoing campaign updates.
  • Consolidate retailer reports and conduct detailed performance analysis to generate actionable insights.
  • Prepare comprehensive business review presentations, including novelties decks, campaign recaps, and trade updates.
  • Monitor sales performance by tracking top sellers and out-of-stock reports, implementing corrective actions where required.
  • Collect and consolidate feedback on marketing activations, providing structured reports to suppliers and brand partners.
  • Support in annual budgets preparation and seasonal forecasts based on prior performance
  • Conduct regular market visits to monitor trade activity and competitor developments
  • Contribute to the development of country-specific strategies aligned with the competitive landscape
  • Identify and propose new business development opportunities for the assigned brands
  • Coordinate with Finance to review P&Ls and monitor overall financial performance
  • Oversee sales performance versus targets and budgets, ensuring corrective actions where needed
  • Resolve commercial, logistical, and marketing-related issues, including returns, quality concerns, and payment follow-ups

What You’ll Need To Succeed

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Advanced reporting capabilities with strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Solid marketing background, ideally within the beauty industry
  • Understanding of the Qatar market landscape and retail dynamics
