About Your Role
As CXBI Specialist, you will support the Data Analytics Strategy for Customer Experience (CXBI) portfolio
within Qatar Airways. Reporting to the Enterprise Data and Analytics (EDA) department, your role involves
applying data analytics skills, implementing logics, and providing actionable insights to stakeholders, in line
with the overall strategy. You will develop dashboards and provide analytical insights on performance and
trends across various domains.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the CXBI Manager in accomplishing deliverables for the assigned portfolio.
- Ensure data quality, accuracy, and enhancement within the scope of responsibilities.
- Be the point of reference for building content and dashboards for relevant stakeholders.
- Develop insightful dashboards for the Customer Experience department.
- Communicate effectively between the data engineering team and key stakeholders regarding
- requirements.
- Provide accurate and timely data and content.
- Offer analysis and insights based on the created dashboards.
- Ensure continuous improvement of existing content and dashboards.
- Act as a consultant between the business and the Data Analytics team to optimize outcomes.
- Ensure timely and effective deliverables by following task prioritization through agile methodology.
- Proactively identify and exploit revenue generation and cost reduction opportunities within the business.
- Perform other department duties related to his / her position as directed by the Head of the Department
Qualifications About you
- High School Qualification / Vocational Qualification / Diploma or Equivalent with Minimum 5 years of job-related experience OR Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent with Minimum 4 years of job-related experience. For Qatari Nationals, a Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent without prior experience.
- Experience in a similar role with a focus on Power BI, Alteryx, SQL.
- Work experience in managing (processing and analyzing) voluminous data.
- Experience in deriving insights from data and submitting actionable recommendations to management.
- Experience in preparing and giving presentations on business performance to middle and senior
- management.
- Systematic and logical approach to problem-solving and a capability of working around problems.
- Self-motivated, highly organized, pro-active, and flexible.
- Command of English language
- Experience working in Data Analytics
Preferred
- Experience in Airline Industry or Customer Experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
