The Loyalty Coordinator supports the day-to-day execution and operations of Snoonu’s Royal Club loyalty program. This role is responsible for coordinating loyalty campaigns and member-facing program experiences from brief to launch, including content preparation, platform setup, reporting, and operational follow-up. This is a hands-on, execution-focused role ideal for someone early in their loyalty, CRM, or marketing career who enjoys coordination, attention to detail, and seeing campaigns go live end to end.

🛠 What You’ll Get Your Hands On

  • Take campaign direction and objectives from the Loyalty Program Manager and translate them into a clear execution plan.
  • Coordinate the end-to-end delivery of loyalty campaigns and member-facing program experiences across the Royal Club portal.
  • Own campaign coordination tasks including:
  • Coordinating content generation and adaptations
  • Briefing and coordinating creatives with design teams
  • Managing timelines, approvals, and dependencies
  • Consolidate all final campaign materials and hand them to respective stakeholders for activation.
  • Configure campaigns and program experiences within internal platforms.
  • Monitor live campaigns and coordinate fixes or updates as needed.
  • Gather and prepare performance reports:
  • Campaign-level reports after each launch
  • Recurring performance reports for ongoing program experiences
  • Support member research activities such as survey setup, feedback collection, and basic analysis.
  • Help investigate common member issues (e.g., missing coins, reward eligibility) and escalate complex cases as needed.
  • Coordinate closely with Customer Support teams to ensure consistent responses.

🧙‍♂️ The Magic You Bring

  • 2–3 years of relevant experience in loyalty, CRM, marketing operations, customer experience, or analytics support roles.
  • Exposure to loyalty programs, subscription models, CRM tools, or campaign workflows is a plus.
  • Experience working with dashboards, reports, or campaign tracking tools is desirable.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Able to translate briefs and objectives into clear execution steps.
  • Clear written communication skills.
  • Strong organisational and follow-up skills when working with multiple stakeholders.
  • Execution-oriented, reliable, and proactive.
