Inventory Supervisor

Your day-to-day:
- Supervises and coordinates the taking of periodic physical inventories.
- Maintain stock inventories for all stores across all departments.
- Maintain Asset inventories across hotel and coordinate any disposal / addition in asset register.
- Verifies clerical computations against physical count of stock and adjusts errors in computation.
- Prepares reports of inventory balance, shortages, as required; Corresponds with stakeholders.
- Maintains inventories at optimum levels to prevent under-or-over investment in inventory.
- Provides accurate, current inventory data for purchasing decisions.
- Supervises and coordinates the appropriate processing of purchase requisitions, purchase orders, receiving reports, inventory requisitions applicable to items maintained.
What we need from you:
- Good experience as a Store Keeper, preferably in hospitality.
- Strong organizational and record-keeping skills.
- Basic knowledge of inventory software and MS Office.
- Ability to work independently and maintain accuracy under pressure.
- Good English communication and teamwork skills
