You will join the Arla Qatar Sales team and you will be working together with skilled and dedicated colleagues where a growth mindset, agility, and being frontline-obsessed are part of the everyday job. You will be a part of the Sales Leadership Team and you will play a key role to secure our brands and has perfect branding and visibility in-store, according to Arla principles. Beyond your team of Merchandisers you will be working closely together with our Sales Leadership team to ensure we are all working towards the same goal.
How would you make an impact in this role;
- Supervising our merchandising team to ensure excellent in-store execution according to our Perfect Store Principles.
- Motivate, inspire, develop and lead our merchandising team to excel in their job.
- Training and follow-up is important and you will play an active role to ensure that the team is in constant learning, in order to develop themselves and our business.
- Strong alignment on execution priorities together with the rest of our Sales Team and Category team.
- Merchandisers payroll and Vacation Follow-ups.
- Drive POSM usage in alignment with our strategic guidelines and priorities.
- Engage and develop strong relationships with important stakeholders on outlet level.
- Support in Promotional events and Merchandising activities (Ramadan, Back To School, festivals etc.) in alignment with our activity plan.
- Frequently review our merchandisers routes planning to ensure optimal set-up and to drive efficiencies.
What will make you successful in this role;
- Minimum 3 Years of experience in FMCG Merchandising.
- Demonstrated strong execution skills – directly or indirectly related to merchandising
- Strong leadership and communications skills
- A proven track record to drive excellent route planning and optimization.
- Fluent in both verbal and written English.
- Good knowledge MS office /Excel & PowerPoint
