Key accountabilities and decision ownership:
- Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service using scripts with the purpose of selling, cross sell, upsell, and retention.
- Advise and answer questions about products or the company.
- Understand customer requirements and close sales to make revenue and reach the targets.
- Take and process orders in an accurate manner to close the sales. Go the “extra mile” to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales.
- Perform any additional project, task or activities assigned/delegated by the Line Manager.
Qualifications
Education & Experience
- Highschool diplomat minimum.
- 01 Years of experience in contact center or tele sales environment.
- Experience using CRM and MS Office tools.
- Excellent sales skills
- Good Knowledge of handsets and accessories.
