Field Network Technician

We are seeking a reliable and technically skilled Field Network Technician to install, maintain, troubleshoot, and support network infrastructure at customer or company sites. The ideal candidate is hands-on, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently in the field while delivering excellent technical support and customer service.
Key Responsibilities
Install, configure, and maintain network equipment including routers, switches, firewalls, access points, and cabling
Perform on-site troubleshooting and diagnostics of network connectivity issues (LAN/WAN/Wi-Fi)
Conduct routine maintenance, upgrades, and repairs of network systems
Test network performance and ensure optimal operation and security
Document network configurations, service activities, and incident reports
Coordinate with network engineers, IT teams, and vendors to resolve complex issues
Provide technical support and basic user training when required
Ensure compliance with safety standards and company procedures while working in the field
Travel to client or remote sites as scheduled
