We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Venue Technology Delivery to lead our technology deployment initiatives for major international sports events. This pivotal role involves spearheading the implementation of state-of-the-art technology solutions within world-class sports venues, enhancing their technological infrastructure. You will be responsible for managing the complete end-to-end project lifecycle, from initial concept and RFP preparation to final delivery and operational handover. The ideal candidate will orchestrate complex projects, coordinate with vendors, and lead a dedicated team to meet the unique demands of high-profile events. Your leadership will ensure that our venue technology projects are executed flawlessly, on time, and within budget. This position requires a strategic thinker with deep expertise in SMART stadium technologies and large-scale ICT/AV/ELV systems. You will develop integrated project plans and technical specifications to deliver unparalleled fan and operational experiences. 🎯 𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀:

▸ Minimum of 7 years of leadership experience in technology delivery, with at least 4 years in the sports industry. ▸ Valid PMP or Prince2 certification is mandatory. ▸ Proven experience managing large-scale ICT, AV, and ELV projects in sports venues or similar large-scale environments. ▸ Demonstrated expertise in the full project lifecycle, including RFP preparation, vendor coordination, and transition to operations. ▸ Experience in designing and implementing technology for SMART stadiums and mega-events. ▸ Proficiency in developing integrated project plans and detailed functional/technical specifications. ▸ Strong experience in vendor management and contract performance monitoring. ▸ Ability to read and create technical drawings, schematics, and wiring diagrams.

✨ 𝗗𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗿𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗲𝘀:

▸ Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field. ▸ Experience with specific project management software suites (e.g., MS Project, JIRA). ▸ Strong background in financial management and cost control for large technology projects. ▸ Excellent client-facing and stakeholder management skills.
