Job Purpose:

We are seeking an accomplished and visionary Director of Food & Beverage to lead and elevate our diverse dining, bar, and banqueting operations. This senior leadership role is ideal for a strategic, guest-focused professional with a strong background in luxury hospitality and lifestyle dining concepts.

Responsibilities:

• Provide strategic leadership and overall direction for all Food & Beverage operations, including restaurants, bars, lounges, and banqueting
• Drive exceptional guest experiences in line with The Ned brand standards
• Lead, mentor, and develop F&B leadership teams, fostering a high-performance and service-driven culture
• Oversee financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and revenue optimization
• Collaborate with Culinary leadership on menu development, concept innovation, and quality consistency
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, hygiene, and licensing regulations
• Partner with Marketing and Commercial teams to develop promotions and enhance outlet visibility
• Act as a key member of the Executive Committee, contributing to overall hotel strategy

Qualifications & Competencies:

• Proven experience as Director of Food & Beverage or in a senior F&B leadership role within a luxury or lifestyle hotel brand
• Strong operational expertise across multi-outlet F&B environments
• Commercially driven with excellent financial and analytical skills
• Inspirational leader with strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Passion for food, beverage, service excellence, and guest engagement
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-profile luxury setting
