Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Stakeholder Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for stakeholder coordination and authority liaison on major healthcare, infrastructure, or building projects, ensuring compliance with Qatar Energy regulations, local authority requirements, and healthcare standards, particularly within Ras Laffan Industrial City.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Coordinate with external stakeholders and authorities including Qatar Energy, Ashghal, Kahramaa, MOI, Ministry of Environment, Ministry of Public Health, and Municipalities to obtain required permits and approvals.
  • Manage external approvals, permits, and stakeholder engagement for healthcare and hospital projects.
  • Ensure all project activities within Ras Laffan Industrial City comply with Qatar Energy regulations.
  • Coordinate with Qatar Energy departments to secure environmental, safety, and operational permits.
  • Organize and participate in stakeholder, authority, and client meetings to discuss project progress and address comments.
  • Address authority comments and ensure timely resolution and compliance.
  • Communicate regularly with project managers, project teams, and clients to provide updates and resolve technical or coordination issues.
  • Support project compliance with applicable regulations, authority requirements, and healthcare standards.

What Required Skills You’ll Bring:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years of overall professional experience, including at least 7 years in healthcare and hospital projects in a Stakeholder Engineer role.
  • Mandatory GCC experience.
  • Demonstrated experience managing authority approvals and permitting processes on major healthcare, infrastructure, or building projects.
  • Strong knowledge of Qatar local building codes and international building standards.
  • Expert knowledge of construction details, applicable rules, regulations, and quality standards.
  • Advanced proficiency in relevant software and design tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive and detail-oriented approach.
  • Leadership qualities with a strong focus on teamwork and collaboration.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements and priorities.

What Desired Skills You’ll Bring:

  • Prior experience working on projects within Ras Laffan Industrial City under Qatar Energy regulatory frameworks.
