As a Category Executive for Pharma, you will be responsible for managing and growing the pharmaceutical product category. This includes overseeing product selection, maintaining strong relationships with suppliers, ensuring compliance with regulations, and driving sales growth. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize the category’s performance while ensuring a customer-centric approach to product availability and quality.

- Data Analysis & Reporting
- Analyze sales and customer data to measure category health.

- Promotions & Marketing Support
- Help plan and execute sales promotions and seasonal campaigns.
- Collaborate with marketing teams on customer-focused content and offers.
- Plan and execute campaigns to drive sales during key pharmaceutical product demand periods, such as flu season or health awareness events.
🧙♂️ The Magic You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field.
- 2–3 years experience in category management, e-commerce, or retail.
- Knowledge of pharmaceutical regulations.
- Negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Strong analytical and reporting capabilities.
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams (marketing, operations, legal).
