The F&B Marketing Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the strategic positioning, visibility, and revenue performance of all Food & Beverage outlets within InterContinental Doha Beach & Spa. This role bridges the Sales & Marketing and Food & Beverage departments to ensure that all restaurant and bar promotions, events, and campaigns are aligned with brand standards and deliver measurable business impact.
The ideal candidate is a creative, detail-oriented professional who is passionate about hospitality, marketing, and culinary experiences, and who can bring our F&B concepts to life through engaging storytelling, visual content, and market activation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns for all F&B outlets, including restaurants, bars, lounges, and seasonal activations.
- Coordinate with the Director of Marketing to ensure F&B promotions are effectively featured across all hotel marketing channels (social media, website, email, PR, and digital advertising).
- Collaborate with the F&B team to create compelling content that highlights culinary offerings, events, and experiences in alignment with brand identity.
- Work closely with the graphic design team and external agencies to produce visual and written marketing materials.
- Prepare and distribute press releases, newsletters, and social media content related to F&B.
- Maintain relationships with media, influencers, and partners to maximize exposure for the hotel’s dining venues.
- Partner with restaurant and bar managers to plan and promote special events, menu launches, and seasonal offerings.
- Ensure consistent and high-quality marketing collateral is available across all F&B outlets.
- Support in organizing photo and video shoots, ensuring alignment with IHG brand standards.
- Monitor competitor activities and trends in the local F&B market to identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation.
- Coordinate guest engagement initiatives, loyalty program promotions, and feedback campaigns to enhance the F&B guest experience.
- Track and report on marketing campaign performance, engagement metrics, and ROI for F&B initiatives.
- Analyze guest insights and feedback to improve future promotions and communications.
- Contribute to the monthly marketing report with updates on F&B campaigns and results.
What We Need From You
Ideally, you’ll have some or all of the following competencies and experience we’re looking for:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing, preferably within the luxury hospitality or F&B industry.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing platforms and social media management.
- Excellent communication, writing, and storytelling skills.
- Creative mindset with strong organizational and project management abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively across departments and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Photography, videography, or design experience is an advantage.
- Fluent in English; Arabic is an asset.
