Location: Qatar         

Position Overview

We are seeking a qualified and physically fit Male Lifeguard to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safety of all pool users through vigilant supervision, preventative lifeguarding practices, and emergency response when required.

Essential Qualifications

Pool Lifeguard Certification (must include both components):

• Foundation knowledge
• Core skills (swimming, lifesaving, and basic life support)

First Aid Certification:

• Occupational First Aid qualification
• Demonstrated awareness and application of basic First Aid principles

Additional Required Training:

• Automated External Defibrillator (AED) operation
• Oxygen equipment usage
• Basic Life Support (BLS)
• Willingness to complete site-specific training as required

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain proper supervision of the pool area at all times
• Apply principles of preventative lifeguarding to minimize risks
• Take immediate and appropriate action during emergency incidents
• Perform water rescues as needed
• Treat and manage suspected spinal injury cases
• Administer First Aid and Basic Life Support when required
• Ensure mandatory attendance during all programmed activities
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of safety protocols and procedures

Requirements

• Physical and mental fitness suitable for lifeguarding duties
• Strong swimming ability
• Excellent observational and decision-making skills
• Ability to remain calm and act decisively in emergency situations
• Professional demeanor and strong communication skills

Working Hours

2:30 PM to 9:30 PM | Saturday to Thursday
