Primary Purpose Of The Job
- Lead end-to-end automation of HR business processes, including SAP HR modules, Fiori workflows, and integration with enterprise systems (SAP S/4HANA, SuccessFactors, ICIMS).
- Drive strategic HR technology initiatives such as Contingent Workforce Management System, Succession Planning Automation, and People Analytics implementation to align with corporate digitalization goals.
- Provide governance and support for HR divisions on system utilization, data integrity, and compliance with information security standards.
- Champion HR analytics and predictive modelling initiatives to enable data-driven workforce planning and strategic decision-making.
Required Experience And Skills
- 15+ years in ICT and HR systems, including 7+ years in ERP supervisory roles.
- Expertise in SAP HR, SuccessFactors, and advanced analytics platforms.
- Proven leadership in project management, data governance, and HR process automation.
Educational Qualifications
- University degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
