About The Role

In this role, you will be responsible for writing and reviewing procedures, as well as recommending improvements thereof, ensure compliance with cargo policies, corporate policies and directives, industry regulations, international standards i.e. ISO and other industry-imposed QMS requirements i.e. IATA CEIV and/or similar.

As Part Of Your Daily Responsibilities, You Will Also:

• Adjust the existing procedures by incorporating process improvements to close process gaps and remove duplicated tasks and/or activities.
• Consolidate the observations on new procedures by obtaining feedback from stakeholders intra/inter-cargo to gauge the effectiveness of the procedures implemented.
• Assist user departments by understanding the department’s core processes and their needs and expectations to come up with adequate, relevant and effective documented procedures.
• Assess process efficiencies by conducting gap analysis to determine the weak points and areas for potential improvements.
• Perform the preparatory activities related to the ISO 9001 yearly plan by reviewing the ISO standards with the process owners and their departments to ensure that the information is valid, current and accurate.
• Monitor the implementation of QMS in the different functional units by conducting an internal audit based on QR Cargo’s Quality Management System based on ISO9001 standards to ensure compliance thereof.
• Give support the Line Manager and the Department Head concerned in extending ISO certification to the network and/or new standards to obtain other ISO certification relevant to QR Cargo’s quality performance.
• Maintain and keep current all provisions of QR Cargo’s Quality Management System manual to provide accurate, correct and appropriate guidance to QMS manual users and auditors.

Qualifications

About You

• Bachelor’s Degree with minimum 3 years of related experience
• Has successfully implemented at least 4 newly-formulated processes/procedures manual.
• Industrial or Organizational Development as a major field of study.
• Experience in airline industry.
