We are looking for a detail-oriented Supply Chain Executive to ensure seamless inventory flow and operational efficiency. The primary focus of this role is to

maintain optimal stock levels through proactive inventory forecasting, purchasing, vendor management, and close coordination with our logistics team.

🛠 What You’ll Get Your Hands On Inventory & Stock Management

  • Monitor and analyze daily stock levels to ensure product availability and meet customer demand.
  • Identify slow-moving and fast-moving items to optimize warehouse space and capital allocation.
  • Perform regular stock reconciliations and assist in periodic physical audits.
  • Analyze historical data to forecast future inventory needs and prevent stockouts or overstocking.

Procurement & Order Management

  • Generate and process Purchase Orders (POs) accurately and timely based on replenishment triggers.
  • Constantly update forecasts based on historical data & future projections.
  • Maintain and update the internal ERP/procurement system with real-time order status and item data.

Vendor & Supplier Coordination

  • Liaise daily with vendors to ensure orders are processed and dispatched on schedule.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for resolving shipment delays, quality issues, or quantity discrepancies.
  • Evaluate vendor performance based on lead times, delivery accuracy & service quality.
  • Negotiate with suppliers to improve lead times and shipping terms where possible.

Warehouse & Logistics Coordination

  • Work closely with the warehouse team to track inbound shipments and schedule delivery slots.
  • Coordinate the receiving process to ensure goods are inspected and entered into the system immediately upon arrival.
  • Communicate any urgent stock requirements to the warehouse to prioritize offloading and shelving.

Administrative & Departmental Support

  • Maintain organized digital and physical records of invoices, shipping documents, and supplier contracts.
  • Prepare weekly/monthly reports on inventory health, vendor lead times and procurement costs.
  • Assist the Supply Chain Manager with administrative tasks such as data entry, meeting scheduling, and presentation preparation.
  • Continuously look for ways to streamline departmental workflows and improve documentation processes

🧙‍♂️ The Magic You Bring

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics,
  • Business Administration or a related field is a plus.
  • Experience: Experience in supply chain, procurement or inventory management.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel & Google Sheets (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables), ability to vibe code to develop useful tools to optimize work is a plus.
  • Soft Skills: Strong communication skills, excellent time management & a high level of accuracy/attention to detail.
  • Problem Solving: Ability to work under pressure and resolve logistical bottlenecks quickly
