As a Chef de Partie, you will be responsible for overseeing a specific section of the kitchen, such as pastry, grill, or sauces. You will be in charge of preparing and cooking dishes, training junior staff, and ensuring that high-quality standards are maintained at all times.

Job Responsibility:

– Prepare and cook dishes according to the menu and standard recipes
– Supervise and train junior kitchen staff
– Ensure that food safety regulations are followed at all times
– Monitor inventory levels and place orders for ingredients and supplies
– Assist the Head Chef in creating new dishes and menu items
– Maintain cleanliness and organization in the assigned section of the kitchen

Candidate Requirements:

– Proven experience working as a Chef de Partie or in a similar role
– In-depth knowledge of culinary techniques and best practices
– Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
– Strong leadership and communication skills
– Attention to detail and a passion for creating high-quality dishes
– Certification from a culinary school or equivalent experience
