About The Role
As a Core Agent, you will be part of the heart of our guest experience, serving as the first point of contact and ensuring seamless communication across departments. Your role will involve handling internal and external calls, managing guest requests efficiently, and supporting the smooth flow of operations within the hotel.
Responsibilities
- Answer, record, and process all guest calls, requests, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Operate the hotel’s telephone and communication systems with accuracy and courtesy.
- Coordinate guest services by liaising with different departments to ensure needs are met.
- Handle emergency calls and procedures according to Four Seasons standards.
- Maintain detailed knowledge of the hotel, its services, and the surrounding area to assist guests effectively.
- Provide guests with genuine, personalized service while upholding Four Seasons’ standards of excellence.
Requirements
- Previous experience in customer service, reservations, or call center environment preferred.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
- Fluency in English required; additional languages are an asset.
- A passion for delivering exceptional service and an eye for detail.
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
