We are seeking an experienced Executive Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team and drive end-to-end recruitment for senior leadership roles. This position plays a critical role as a business partner to hiring managers, ensuring the attraction and acquisition of top-tier talent while strengthening our employer brand.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with hiring managers to design and deliver tailored recruitment strategies for senior leadership and critical roles.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, assessment, candidate engagement, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
- Conduct market mapping and talent pipelining to proactively build strong candidate networks.
- Leverage industry insights, data, and talent intelligence to advise stakeholders on workforce trends and recruitment outcomes.
- Promote the company’s employer brand, EVP, and culture to attract top executive talent globally.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, diversity objectives, and recruitment best practices.
- Continuously improve recruitment processes, enhancing candidate experience and hiring manager satisfaction.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent) with 4+ years’ job-related experience in executive/leadership recruitment.
- Proven track record in end-to-end executive search, either in-house or with a recruitment agency.
- Strong experience in candidate sourcing, market intelligence, and delivering high-quality shortlists.
- Familiarity with global recruitment models and ability to manage multiple senior-level hires.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to leverage talent insights for decision-making.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with high standards of professionalism and confidentiality
