About The Role:

This role is responsible to play a key part in supporting the driving of organisational talent management initiatives by leveraging data, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and optimizing talent-related systems and reporting capabilities. This role contributes to talent vision, lead projects related to Talent Review, Succession Planning, Talent Data Structure and Systems, and competency-based professional journeys to support HR’s overall Talent Strategy.

Responsibilities

Strategic

  • Utilize advanced analytics techniques to analyze and interpret talent-related data, providing actionable insights and recommendations to enhance talent management strategies.
  • Support the develop and implementation of data-driven talent management and retention strategies aligned with organizational goals and industry best practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and HR partners to leverage data and analytics for targeted talent initiatives.
  • Partner with HR leadership to align talent analytics and insights with strategic talent initiatives, such as Talent Acquisition, Succession Planning, and Leadership Development.
  • Employ statistical analysis and predictive modeling to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities within talent data.
  • Prepare and deliver regular reports and presentations to senior leadership, highlighting talent metrics, trends, and predictive insights.
  • Identify key talent-related performance indicators and create dashboards and visualizations to effectively communicate talent insights to stakeholders.

Operational

  • Assess and optimize talent management systems, tools, and processes to enhance data collection, analysis, and reporting capabilities.
  • Collaborate with IT and HR teams to ensure data accuracy, integrity, and privacy while maximizing the efficiency and usability of talent systems.
  • Drive automation initiatives to streamline talent processes, improve reporting efficiencies, and enhance the overall talent experience.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive talent information with integrity and discretion.
  • Support the design and implementation of competency-based development frameworks and talent assessment methodologies.
  • Partner with the Talent and Business psychology Team on major talent projects such as Talent review and Succession Planning and development journeys.
  • Perform other department duties related to his/her position as directed by the Head of the Department.

Qualifications

About you:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent with Minimum 6 years of job-related experience
  • Proficiency in analysing and interpreting talent-related data, utilizing statistical analysis and predictive modelling techniques to derive actionable insights and make data-driven decisions.
  • Comprehensive understanding of HR practices and talent management principles, including talent acquisition, development, and retention strategies.
  • Experience in managing talent management systems and tools, data analytics platforms, and reporting/visualization tools. Familiarity with data governance and privacy regulations.
  • Command of English language
  • Well versed with Microsoft productivity applications (MS Office, SharePoint, Power Automate, Power Bi, Power Apps, etc.)
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to work with large datasets, conduct data analysis, and prepare comprehensive reports and presentations to communicate talent metrics, trends, and forecasts effectively.
  • Capacity to embrace and navigate change, maintain flexibility, and thrive in a dynamic work environment.
  • Aptitude for analysing complex problems, breaking them down into manageable components, and generating effective solutions
  • Commitment to maintaining high ethical standards, displaying integrity, and handling sensitive talent information with confidentiality and discretion
