Ezdan Holding Group has been making big progress in Qatar for the last 50 years. It changed from being owned by one person to being owned by many people who have shares. The story of Ezdan Holding Group started in 1960 when it was a small company called Thani Bin Abdullah Housing Group. Then, in 2007, after going through some changes, it became Ezdan Real Estate Company. In the same year, anyone could buy shares in it.

This company did really important things in Qatar. For example, it helped get things ready for the Asian Games in 2006. They built places for people to live during the big sports event. They also helped other sports events and even sponsored them, like the Arab Games in 2011.
