About the job

As a Sales Coordinator, you will be responsible for supporting the sales team by coordinating sales-related activities and ensuring smooth communication between all parties involved in the sales process.

Job Responsibility

  • Assist the sales team in preparing proposals, quotations, and contracts.
  • Coordinate sales meetings, conferences, and events.
  • Communicate efficiently with clients and internal teams to provide updates on sales activities.
  • Maintain and update sales records and customer databases.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to develop promotional materials and strategies.
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide after-sales support when needed.

Candidate Requirements

  • Proven experience in a sales support or coordination role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office applications.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • A bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field is preferred.
