We are recruiting for an Aircraft Mechanic– Heavy Maintenance to be based in Doha, Qatar.
Job Purpose
Responsible for delivering aircraft maintenance services in support of operational and production requirements, ensuring all maintenance and related activities are performed in full compliance with QCAA/EASA, approved company procedures, customer requirements, and authorized aircraft maintenance data AMM,TSM,&IPC.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform aircraft maintenance tasks in accordance with approved maintenance manuals, engineering orders, technical publications, and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct inspections and operational tests of aircraft systems, components, and structures to assess serviceability, quality, and performance under supervison of Engineers.
- Adjust, align, calibrate, and functionally test aircraft systems using approved tooling, test equipment, and measuring devices.
- Inspect engines, airframe structures, and components for defects such as cracks, leaks, wear, and damage.
- Disassemble, inspect, repair, replace, and reassemble aircraft components and systems, including mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, plumbing, and structural elements.
- Carry out general servicing tasks, including lubrication, cleaning, brake inspections, and servicing of systems in accordance with maintenance requirements.
- Repair, modify, and rebuild aircraft structures and components (e.g., wings, fuselage, rigging, hydraulic units) in line with approved drawings and technical data.
- Perform engine and system removals and installations using approved lifting equipment such as hoists or forklifts.
- Modify aircraft systems or structures in accordance with approved engineering instructions and modification documents.
- Troubleshoot technical defects and implement effective technical solutions within the scope of authorization.
- Accurately complete maintenance documentation and records in compliance with company and regulatory requirements.
- Ensure all work is performed in accordance with safety, quality, and human factors standards.
- Support licensed engineers, supervisors, and team leaders as required to achieve maintenance targets.
- Perform other duties related to the position as assigned by the Head of Department.

Qualifications And Experience
- High School Qualification / Vocational Qualification /Diploma or Equivalent (Type of Diploma Based on Role) with a minimum of 3 years of job-related experience Or Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent with Minimum 2 years of job-related experience.
