Keeta, an independent brand of Meituan, is redefining food delivery across Hong Kong, Saudi Arabia, Brazil, and the Middle East. As we continue to expand in Qatar, we’re building our Grocery & Non-Food business and are looking for a Key Account Manager (Grocery) to help drive commercial growth, build strategic retail partnerships, and shape the future of quick commerce.

What You’ll Do
Partner Growth & Account Management
- Lead the acquisition, onboarding, and growth of strategic grocery and retail partners.
- Build strong relationships with key accounts and develop joint business plans that drive sustainable growth.
Commercial Strategy
- Execute co-marketing campaigns, merchandising initiatives, and promotional programs to increase sales and platform visibility.
- Identify opportunities to grow revenue, improve assortment, and increase purchase frequency.
Operational Excellence
- Advise partners on catalogue optimization, pricing, and logistics solutions to improve operational performance.
- Monitor account performance and recommend data-driven improvements.
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years of experience in Q-Commerce, e-commerce, FMCG, retail, or account management.
- Experience managing strategic retailer or brand partnerships.
- Proven success delivering revenue growth, onboarding new partners, and achieving commercial targets.
- Strong negotiation, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to translate insights into business opportunities.
- Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.
- Experience launching or growing grocery or non-food categories on a delivery or e-commerce platform is highly preferred.
