The Role:
We are currently looking for a passionate, relationship-focused, and driven Sales Manager – Corporate to join our commercial team. If you enjoy building meaningful connections, creating new opportunities, and thrive in a fast-paced luxury environment, we’d love to hear from you.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Build and nurture strong relationships with corporate clients and key business partners
- Identify and secure new business opportunities within the corporate market
- Drive sales strategies to achieve revenue goals and business growth
- Conduct client meetings, sales calls, presentations, networking events, and site visits
- Develop and manage key accounts while creating long-term partnerships
- Collaborate closely with Revenue, Marketing, Events, and Operations teams to deliver exceptional client experiences
- Stay informed on market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities
- Prepare sales forecasts and account plans to support business success
What we’re looking for:
- Previous experience in a Sales Manager role within luxury hospitality or a similar environment
- Strong knowledge of the corporate market, preferably within Qatar
- A natural relationship builder with excellent communication and negotiation skills
- A results-driven mindset with a passion for creating opportunities
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage
- Someone who enjoys working collaboratively and brings positive energy to the team
