We are looking for a customer-focused and energetic Retail Sales Consultant to join our automotive showroom team. The role is responsible for delivering an exceptional retail experience, supporting customers throughout the buying journey, and achieving sales targets through professional product knowledge and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive showroom retail sales and achieve assigned sales targets
• Welcome showroom visitors and understand customer requirements to recommend suitable vehicle models
• Conduct professional vehicle presentations, showroom walkthroughs, and test drives
• Build strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals
• Achieve monthly showroom sales targets and individual KPIs
• Follow up on customer inquiries, walk-ins, and sales leads in a timely manner
• Maintain strong knowledge of EV technologies, vehicle specifications, financing options, and market trends
• Prepare accurate quotations, sales agreements, and delivery documentation
• Coordinate closely with finance, registration, and aftersales teams to ensure a seamless customer journey
• Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction and showroom professionalism at all times

Qualifications & Experience

• 5 years of experience in retail sales in automotive industry dealership or showroom sales
• Proven experience in achieving retail sales targets and customer service KPIs
• Experience in automotive showroom, luxury retail, or premium retail environment is preferred
• Exposure to electric vehicle brands or automotive technology is an advantage
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and target-driven environment
