The Ned Doha is looking for a talented, energetic, and guest-focused Bartender / Barista to join our Food & Beverage team. If you enjoy creating memorable experiences, engaging with guests, and working in a vibrant luxury hospitality environment, we would love to meet you.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Prepare and serve a variety of cocktails, mocktails, coffees, and specialty beverages with consistency and creativity
• Deliver warm, friendly, and personalized service to guests
• Create a welcoming atmosphere at the bar and coffee station
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and hygiene standards at all times
• Demonstrate strong product knowledge and confidently recommend beverages to guests
• Support the team during busy operations while maintaining excellent service standards

About You:

• Previous experience as a Bartender and Barista in a luxury hotel, upscale café, restaurant, or bar environment
• Strong knowledge of classic cocktails, coffee preparation, and beverage presentation
• Passion for hospitality and guest engagement
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Positive attitude with the ability to work efficiently under pressure
• Well-groomed, energetic, and team-oriented personality
