About the job

We are looking for someone with strong organisational and administrative skills to support the smooth delivery of HR services across the school. Working closely with the School HR Manager, you’ll help manage employee data, coordinate HR documentation, and ensure compliance with Nord Anglia policies and Qatar labour law.

The Role

We seek an individual to join as a School HR Coordinator, where your focus will be:

  • Maintaining accurate employee records, contracts, and personnel files.
  • Preparing HR documentation including offers, contracts, and visa-related paperwork.
  • Supporting onboarding, offboarding, leave tracking, and payroll inputs.
  • Updating HR systems and trackers to ensure data accuracy and timely reporting.
  • Acting as a key point of contact for staff queries on HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
  • Assisting with compliance checks, audits, and HR improvement initiatives.

The Successful Candidate Will Possess

  • A Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years’ experience in HR coordination, administration, or data management.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all aspects of HR documentation.
  • Good understanding of Qatar Labour Law and HR processes.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook (HRIS/SuccessFactors experience desirable).
  • Excellent communication, organisation, and interpersonal skills.
