About The Role

As a Junior Office Assistant under Cabin Services, you will be carrying out effective administration of documents maintenance as well as providing logistical support to various departments under Cabin Services Division.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Distribute correspondence and record all incoming and outgoing documents.
  • Categorise printed emails and update cabin crew personal files
  • Maintain a proper filing system by filing documents, letters and other correspondence into the analogous files.
  • Maintain accurate, up-to-date, and well-organised files, ensuring all documents are correctly filed within stipulated timelines.
  • Prepare files for the new joiners, identify files which are damaged / bulky and prepare new files.
  • Update databases, share daily / weekly reports and ensure the smooth functionality of the filing room.
  • Collect office stationery /pantry supplies and distribute them to maintain sufficient supplies to ensure operational continuity.
  • Coordinate documentation with other departments and assist with IT equipment delivery.
  • Perform other department duties related to the position as directed by the Head of the Department.

Qualifications About you

A successful candidate will have-

  • High School Education
  • Ability to demonstrate excellent administrative skills with minimal supervision
  • Capability to maintain confidentiality while handling information and documents
  • Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Knowledge of Computer/MS Office applications.
  • Valid Qatar Driving License is an added advantage.
  • Ability to work under extended/flexible hours and uniformed role with shift roster pattern.
