The ITS/M&A unit specializes in advising multinational clients on complex cross-border transactions and tax structuring. Our focus is on delivering strategic solutions that optimize tax efficiency while ensuring compliance with evolving international regulations. The team provides end-to-end support on mergers, acquisitions, and integrations, including due diligence, tax modeling, and post-deal planning. By combining deep technical expertise in international tax with advanced analytics and technology, we help clients navigate intricate deal structures, mitigate risks, and unlock value. Through global collaboration and thought leadership, ITS/M&A drives innovative approaches to meet the demands of today’s dynamic business environment.
How You’ll Contribute As a Senior Associate in international Tax Services / M&A, you’ll work as part of a team delivering complex cross-border tax solutions for mergers and acquisitions. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Develop and apply technical expertise in international tax structuring, transaction advisory, and post-deal integration.
- Support end-to-end M&A tax engagements, including due diligence, tax modeling, and implementation of structuring plans for regional and multinational clients.
- Analyze and interpret international tax rules and local regulations, preparing practical guidance and documentation for deal execution.
- Assist in designing tax-efficient structures, coordinating with internal teams and client stakeholders to ensure compliance and optimize outcomes.
- Prepare high-quality deliverables, including reports, models, and presentations for senior team members and client leadership.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, contributing to project management and maintaining quality standards throughout engagements.
- Contribute to knowledge development, supporting the creation of playbooks, training materials, and thought leadership relevant to M&A and international tax.
- Monitor regulatory updates, summarizing key developments for internal teams and clients to inform transaction planning.
- Participate in business development activities, assist with proposals, research, and scoping for new opportunities.
- Support outbound transaction advisory, helping evaluate tax implications for investments and expansions into foreign jurisdictions.
What You’ll Bring
- Demonstrated experience in tax advisory, compliance, and international tax matters, ideally with exposure to Pillar Two regulations.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
- Designations & Certifications: Professional qualifications such as CPA, ACCA, CA, or equivalent.
- Technical Skills: strong knowledge of international tax principles, cross-border transaction structuring, and M&A tax considerations and well as proficiency in tax due diligence, deal modeling, and integration planning.

- Travel Requirements: Your flexibility to travel. This means we may require you to work away from your base office location on a regular basis and frequent overnight stays may be required.
